利塞膦酸钠对大鼠正畸牙牙周组织改建的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨利塞膦酸钠对大鼠正畸牙牙周组织改建的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠构建正畸牙移动模型,随机分为对照组及利塞膦酸钠低、中、高剂量组,各15只。在第7 d、14 d、21天,测定正畸牙移动距离,观察牙周组织形态学变化、牙周组织破骨细胞分布情况及数量。结果:加力后第7、14、21天,各组正畸牙移动距离增加(P<0.05);利塞膦酸钠各剂量组正畸牙移动距离在第14 d、21天时高于对照组(P<0.05);利塞膦酸钠各剂量组破骨细胞数量均高于对照组,在第7天达最高峰,并呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05)。结论:利塞膦酸钠能加速大鼠正畸牙移动,早期增加牙周组织中破骨细胞数量,加速牙周组织改建。Objective:To investigate the effects of risedronate sodium on periodontal tissue reconstruction of orthodontic teeth in rats.Methods:Orthodontic tooth movement model was established in 60 SD rats,the rats were randomly divided into control group,risedronate sodium with low,medium and high-dose groups(n=15).In the 7th,14th,and 21st days,the orthodontic teeth movement distance of the rats were measured,the morphological changes,the distribution and number of osteoclasts in rat periodontal tissue were observed.Results:7,14 and 21 days after the application of orthodontic force,the orthodontic tooth movement distance of the rats in all groups increased gradually(P<0.05);on the 14th and 21st day,the tooth movement distance of rats in risedronate sodium groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the number peak of osteoclasts in the periodontal tissue of each group was at the 7th day.On the 7th,14th,and 21st days,the number of osteoclasts in the periodontal tissue of the risedronate sodium groups was significantly higher than that of the control group in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risedronate sodium can accelerate orthodontic tooth movement in rats,increase the number of osteoclasts in periodontal tissue in the early stage,and accelerate periodontal tissue reconstruction.
