摘 要:目的:基于“增-减材”理念对可摘局部义齿进行全新数字化设计与制作,并对其适合性进行研究。方法:将Kenndy III类牙列缺损石膏模型通过光学扫描转换为数字化模型,通过软件进行支架设计。在缺牙区对应的支架网状结构部分添加基牙预备体,与原数据合并形成新型可摘局部义齿支架;进一步在预备体上完成数字化牙冠设计。使用选择性激光熔融技术制作新型纯钛可摘局部义齿支架,使用数控切削技术制作氧化锆牙冠(SLM组,n=10),传统铸造方法制作纯钛支架作为对照组(n=10)。分析2组支架和牙冠边缘的适合性。结果:SLM组与对照组支架各部分组织面适合性和冠边缘适合性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用数控切削的方法制作基牙全瓷冠,同期选择性激光熔融技术制作的新型可摘局部义齿支架均达到了良好的适合性(0~300μm)。结论:使用“增-减材”理念设计并制作的新型可摘局部义齿具有良好的适合性和临床应用前景。Objective:To digitally design and study the adaptation of removable partial denture(RPD)fabrication with hybrid technologies.Methods:Plaster model with Kenndy III dentition defect was firstly converted to digital model.With software,the new abutment structures were designed on the framework,the mesh-retainer part and the novel framework was fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM)technology.The splint zirconia crowns were also designed based on the novel framework and made by milling process.The new digital RPD was formed(SLM group,n=10).The framework made by traditional method was set as the control group(n=10).The suitability of the RPD framework and crowns were digitally examined and compared between the 2 groups.Results:The adaptation of splint crowns and RPD framework fabricated by novel hybrid digital technologies showed good adaption(0-300μm)and there was no statistical difference of adaption measurments between the 2 groups.Conclusion:Design and fabrication of novel removable partial denture with hybrid digital technologies may have a promising clinical prospect.
