摘 要:随着时代的发展,现代竞技运动的竞争变得更加激烈,对运动员综合素质的要求也不断提高。对女运动员而言,体能水平是现代竞技运动胜负的决定性因素。现阶段,人们对女子自由式摔跤这项竞技运动的关注度与日俱增,女子自由式摔跤已成为当下的热门话题,然而,我国对女子自由式摔跤运动员力量训练的研究并不透彻、全面,存在一定的不足。该文主要根据湖北省女子自由式摔跤队的日常力量训练情况,找出存在的问题并提出改善建议,希望能为我国自由式女子摔跤力量训练的发展提供一定的支持。With the development of the times,the competition in modern aesthetics becomes more and more violent,and its requirement on the comprehensive quality of players is improving continuously.For female athletes,physical fitness level is the decisive factor in the victory or defeat of modern competitive sports.At this stage,people pay more and more attention to the competitive sport of women's freestyle wrestling,and women's freestyle wrestling has become a hot topic.However,the research on the strength training of women's freestyle wrestlers in China is not thorough and comprehensive,and there are some deficiencies.Based on the daily strength training of women's freestyle wrestling team in Hubei Province,this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward improvement suggestions,hoping to provide some support for the development of Freestyle women's wrestling strength training in China.
