“教体结合”的问题审视与发展构想

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料、访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法,从“教体结合”的产生背景入手,理性审视“教体结合”的问题与成因,对于我国竞技体育人才培养的可持续发展具有现实价值。研究结果:“教体结合”是我国竞技体育后备人才培养思路的嬗变与升华;“教体结合”构成体系包括教育系统、体育人才、体育系统等元素,各元素自有角色定位与职责;“教体结合”不仅拓宽了体育人才的出路,还能为体育产业的繁荣作贡献;经费匮乏、政策和体制问题、“教体结合”认知问题、社会力量问题、生源困境问题、人才引进和培养机制缺陷等是“教体结合”影响因素。建议:教育系统、体育系统及社会系统协同,淡化各自利益立场,共同承担起我国竞技体育人才培养责任;建立适合市场经济发展的竞技体育体制,让利益博弈中的教育系统、体育系统、社会系统及居于中间环节元素的体育人才能够形成合力,构建“教体社”联合体。Using literature,interviews and logical analysis and other research methods,from the background of"combination of education and sports",this paper rationally examines the problems and causes of the"combination of education and sports",which has practical value for the sustainable development of competitive sports talent training in China.Research results"Combination of education and sports"is the evolution and sublimation of the training ideas of competitive sports reserve talents in China.The composition of"combination of education and sports"includes education system,sports talents,sports system and other elements,and each element has its own role positioning and responsibilities."Combination of education and sports"not only broadens the way out for sports talents,but also contributes to the prosperity of sports industry.Lack of funds,policy and system problems,cognitive problems of"combination of education and sports",social forces,difficulties of students,defects of talent introduction and training mechanism are the influencing factors of"combination of education and sports".Suggestions:The education system,sports system and social system should work together to weaken their respective interest positions and jointly shoulder the responsibility of cultivating competitive sports talents in China;Establish a competitive sports system suitable for the development of market economy,so that the education system,sports system,social system and sports talents living in the intermediate elements in the interest game can form a joint force and build a"education,sports and society"consortium.
