摘 要:随着视光行业、企业的升级换代,单纯学校培养的眼视光技术人才已经远远不能满足行业发展对人才的需求,“现代学徒制”是建立学校和企业联合招生(招工)、合作培养、一体化育人的人才培养模式。本文以眼视光技术专业为例,通过“现代学徒制”试点项目的实践,形成了“以岗位胜任力为核心,工学交替,双元一体化”的人才培养模式,并建立“现代学徒制”培养的教学管理制度,建设“双导师”的教学团队和“双场所交替”的教学模式。同时,对实践中存在的不足进行了反思。为进一步深化教育、教学改革提供参考。With the upgrading of the optometry industry and enterprises,the optometry vision technology talents cultivated by a single school are far from being able to meet the needs of the industry for talents.The"modern apprenticeship"system is the establishment of school-enterprise joint enrollment(recruitment)and cooperative training.This article takes the optometry technology as an example,and through the practice of modern apprenticeship pilots,a talent training model of"centering on job competence,alternating work and learning,dual integration"has been formed,a"dual tutor"teaching team and a"dual place alternate"teaching model have been built.At the same time,it reflected on the shortcomings in practice,providing reference for further deepening education and teaching reform.
