摘  要:“民火”一词出自道家,与君火、臣火并称为人身“三火”。文章基于气本一气的整体观、重火崇阳的文化价值观和意象思维模式阐述了民火的立论依据。深入分析了民火的两大内涵,“精为民火”的内涵是民守下焦,藏精起亟;“膀胱为民火”的内涵是民辅于臣,气化升腾,表明道家“君臣民三火”与中医“君相二火”是相互影响、相互融合的;并举例阐述“民火”对后世以明清医家为主的理论启迪与临证应用。概括说明了道家“三火”与中医“二火”之间的联系和区别。‘People fire’from Taoism,with monarch fire,minister fire called human‘three fire’.Based on the holistic view of qi based on qi,the cultural values of emphasizing fire and worshiping yang and the thinking mode of intention,the paper expounds the theoretical basis of people fire.It analyzes in detail the two connotations of folk fire-essence and bladder,showing that the‘three fires’of Taoism and the‘two fires’of traditional Chinese medicine are mutually influencing and integrating.Then,it illustrates the theoretical inspiration of‘people’s fire’to the later doctors mainly in Ming and Qing dynasties.It summarizes the relation and difference between the‘three fires’of Taoism and‘two fires’of traditional Chinese medicine.
