摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中记载的六经开阖枢理论,源于朴素的自然规律,以三阴三阳之变化概括了人体气化功能。后世脏腑别通论对开阖枢理论有一定的发展,阐释了一种区别于传统认识的脏腑关系。提壶揭盖法宣肺利小便,其义理与气化功能及脏腑相通规律有关。文章由此阐发,以六经开阖枢理论为指导,结合脏腑别通论,从脏腑气化角度,对提壶揭盖法的内涵进行了探讨,认为该治法本质上以调节脏腑气机为法则,义理深刻、内涵丰富,应用范围广泛。The theory of the opening-closing-pivoting of six meridians recorded in the Huangdi Neijing is derived from the simple laws of nature.It summarizes the qi transformation function of the human body with the changes of three-yin and threeyang.Later,interlink between zang-fu viscera played a certain role in the development of opening-closing-pivoting,and explained the relationship between the zang-fu and the viscera different from traditional understanding.Lifting the pot and removing the lid method is to promote the lungs and facilitate urination,and its content is related to the function of qi transformation and the law of communication between the zang-fu organs.This article uses opening-closing-pivoting theory as a guide,combined with interlink between zang-fu viscera theory,from the perspective of qi transformation,discusses the connotation of the lifting the pot and removing the lid method.It is believed that the treatment method is essentially based on regulating the qi of the viscera,with profound principles,rich connotations,and a wide range of applications.
