活血祛瘀方联合针刺治疗脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血祛瘀方联合针刺治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取66例脑梗死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各33例。2组患者入院后均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上增加针刺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用活血祛瘀方治疗,3个月为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能及肢体功能的变化。结果:研究组总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组Barthel指数、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组Barthel指数较治疗前提高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组NIHSS评分较治疗前降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛瘀方联合针刺治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著,有利于改善患者神经功能,恢复患者生活自理能力,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Quyu prescription combined with acupuncture on the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 66 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment after admission.The control group was additionally treated with acupuncture apart from the basic treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with Huoxue Quyu prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses,three months being one course.The clinical effects,neurological function and limb function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90.91% in the study group,higher than that of 75.76% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Barthel Index and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Barthel index in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Huoxue Quyu prescription combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction,which is beneficial to improving the neurological function of patients,restoring their self-care ability,and improving the quality of life.
