等离子针状电极精准切除在膀胱侧壁肿瘤中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨等离子针状电极精准切除在膀胱侧壁肿瘤中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2015年10月至2020年10月玉林市中医医院收治的52例膀胱侧壁肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式不同,分为对照组(常规肿瘤切除手术)和观察组(等离子针状电极精准切除术),每组26例。比较两组患者的围手术期指标、治疗效果、围手术期不良反应发生率。结果观察组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间、血尿时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间膀胱穿孔发生率、肿瘤复发率、闭孔神经损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上应用等离子针状电极精准切除膀胱侧壁肿瘤具有手术时间少、治疗效果显著、不良反应发生率低的特点,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of plasma needle electrode in the treatment of lateral wall tumors of bladder.Methods A total of 52 patients with lateral bladder wall tumor adimitted to Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to October 2020 were selected retrospectively as research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group(conventional tumor resection)and observation group(precise plasma needle electrode resection),with 26 cases in each group.The perioperative indicators,therapeutic effect and incidence of perioperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,bladder flushing time,catheter indwelling time,hematuria time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of blood loss in the operation was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bladder perforation,tumor recurrence and obturator nerve injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of plasma needle electrodes for precise removal of bladder wall tumors has the characteristics of less operation time,significant therapeutic effect,and low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
