川百止痒洗剂治疗儿童外阴阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童外阴阴道炎患儿应用川百止痒洗剂佐治的效果。方法选择2021年6月至11月于江西省儿童医院诊治的100例外阴阴道炎患儿作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例患儿。对照组采用常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用川百止痒洗剂治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果、用药不良反应发生率、用药依从性评分、临床症状(疼痛、瘙痒、脓性分泌物)改善时间。结果观察组患儿的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的用药依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的疼痛、瘙痒、脓性分泌物改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童外阴阴道炎治疗中,联用川百止痒洗剂可提升治疗效果,且起效快,患儿用药依从性、安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of adjuvant treatment with Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion in children with vulvovaginitis.Methods A total of 100 children with vulvovaginitis diagnosed and treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children′s Hospital from June to November 2021 were selected as research subjects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 50 children in each group.The control group was treated with routine regimen,and the observation group was treated with Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,the incidence of adverse drug reactions,medication adherence scores,the improvement time of clinical symptoms(pain,itching,purulent discharge)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of pain,pruritus and purulent secretion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of vulvovaginitis in children,the combination of Chuanbai Zhiyang Lotion can improve the treatment efficacy,with a rapid onset of action,and children′s medication adherence and safety are high,which is worth promoting.
