摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘法探讨具有降血脂功能的保健食品组方用药规律。方法以国家市场监督管理总局(SAMR)收录的降血脂保健食品复方为资料来源,运用Microsoft Excel 2019对数据进行剂型、保健功能、功效分类、用药频次的分析。对高频中药(频次≥15)的性味、归经进行描述。采用SPSS Statistic 20.0和SPSS Modeler 15.0对高频中药进行系统聚类分析和关联规则分析。结果共计343种组方符合要求,其中胶囊剂(260种)占比为75.80%,具有一种和两种保健功能的保健食品个数分别为251、92个。共计103味中药,补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、解表药、活血化瘀药的使用频次较高。高频中药15味,药味以甘为主,药性以微温、寒居多,主归肝、脾、肺经。进一步聚类分析得到8个药物组合,关联规则分析结果显示,绞股蓝、葛根、丹参、银杏叶、山楂的关联度较大。结论具有降血脂功能的保健食品组方以补虚健脾治其本,活血、利湿、化痰治其标。与中医药降血脂理论基本相符,即扶正、化痰、祛瘀、除湿。Objective Based on data mining method,this paper discusses the medication rule of health food prescription with hypolipidemic function.Methods Taking the compound health food for reducing blood lipid collected by state administration for market regulationas the data source,Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to analyze the data in terms of dosage form,health care function,efficacy classification and medication frequency.Describe the nature,taste and meridian tropism of high-frequency Chinese medicine(frequency≥15).SPSS Statistic 20.0 and SPSS Modeler 15.0 were used to analyze the systematic clustering and association rules of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine.Results A total of 343 prescriptions met the requirements,among which the capsule(260 prescriptions)accounted for 75.80%.The number of health foods with one and two health functions was 251 and 92,respectively.A total of 103 traditional Chinese medicines,such as tonifying deficiency,antitussive antiasthmatic,relieving exterior syndrome and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were used frequently.There were 15 kinds of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,which were mainly sweet,mostly mild and cold,and mainly belong to liver,spleen and lung meridians.Eight drug combinations were obtained by further cluster analysis,and the association rule analysis showed that Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Pueraria lobata,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ginkgo biloba and Hawthorn were highly correlated.Conclusion The formula of health food with the function of lowering blood lipids is mainly composed of tonifying deficiency and invigorating spleen to treat its origin,promoting blood circulation,invigorating dampness and resolving phlegm to treat its standard.It is basically consistent with the theory of reducing blood lipids of traditional Chinese medicine,that is,strengthening body resistance,eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis and removing dampness.
