经筋推拿手法联合揿针治疗青少年假性近视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经筋推拿手法联合揿针治疗青少年假性近视的临床疗效。方法将80例青少年假性近视患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液外用,治疗组40例予经筋推拿手法联合揿针治疗。2组均治疗6周,随访3个月。比较2组治疗前后及治疗后3个月裸眼远视力、屈光度(DPT),并统计2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%(39/40),对照组总有效率75.0%(30/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后及治疗后3个月裸眼远视力均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后及治疗后3个月裸眼远视力均优于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组治疗后及治疗后3个月DPT均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后及治疗后3个月DPT均优于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论经筋推拿手法联合揿针治疗青少年假性近视疗效确切,可有效改善患者裸眼远视力及DPT,且远期效果明显。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tendon massage combined with press-needle for adolescent pseudomyopia.Methods Totally 80 cases of juvenile pseudomyopia were randomly grouped into equal group,tendon massage combined with press-needle were given to patients of treatment group,topical application of raceanisodamine eye drops to patients of control group.The 6-week treatment and 3-month follow-up were performed to compare uncorrected distant visual acuity(UCVA)and dioptres(DPT)in groups before and after treatment,and on the month 3;the curative effect was counted.Results The total effective rates were 97.5%(39/40)in treatment group,better than those of 75.0%(30/40)in control group(P<0.05).On post-treatment and month 3,UCVA in groups was improved(P<0.05),improvement of which was significantly better in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);DPT in groups was decreased(P<0.05),which in treatment group was better than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For adolescent pseudomyopia,tendon massage combined with press-needle has definite curative effect,which is effectively capable of improving UCVA and DPT,with obvious long-term effect and worthy of clinical promotion.
