摘　　要：本文通过对食品安全标准体系进行分析研究,初步完成了亚运会食品安全标准体系的构建,阐述了该标准体系的主要技术内容,以期为亚运会以及其他大型运动会食品安全标准化建设提供技术层面的参考。Through the analysis and research on the food safety standards system,this paper has preliminarily completed the construction of the food safety standards system of the Asian Games,expounds the main technical contents of the standards system,in order to provide technical reference for the food safety standardization construction of the Asian Games and other large-scale games.
