摘　　要：顶驱集机电液信息于一体,代表着钻井工艺技术的最高水平,已经成为油气勘探开发不可或缺的标准产品。部分顾客从产能任务、钻井时间和成本等方面考虑,对顶驱的需求由购买转向了租赁,使得租赁顶驱数量不断增加。为了持续为顾客提供优质服务,根据API Spec Q2的要求,从合同评审、计划、风险控制、服务质量计划、服务业绩评价、不合格项的控制、变更管理等方面对顶驱服务实现进行研究,建立了服务质量管理体系,实现了服务过程的标准化管理,使北京石油机械有限公司顺利取得了API Spec Q2认证。Top drive integrates mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and information,which represents the highest level of drilling technology,and has become an indispensable standard product for oil and gas exploration and development.Considering the productivity tasks,drilling time and cost,some customers’demand for top drive has shifted from purchase to lease,which increases the number of top drive lease.In order to continuously provide high-quality service for customers,according to the requirements of the API Spec Q2,the realization of top drive services has been studied in the aspects of contract review,planning,risk control,service quality plan,service performance evaluation,and management of change.The service quality management system has been established,and the standardized management of service process has been realized.BPM has successfully obtained API Spec Q2 certification.
