高校学生社团管理标准化制度建设探究

摘　　要：在高校文化建设的过程中,学生社团发挥着阵地作用,可以为学生提供沟通和交流的空间,也可以为校园思政教育提供条件。所以,高校应该认识到学生社团建设和管理的重要性。从目前的发展趋势来看,越来越多的学生开始主动加入校园社团,为了发挥社团的作用,需要采取有效的管理措施,明确具体的便利标准和制度要求,实现标准化、制度化的建设,本文就此进行了相关的阐述和分析。In the process of cultural construction in colleges and universities,student associations play a front role,which can not only provide students with the space of communication and exchanges,but also provide conditions for campus ideological and political education.Therefore,colleges and universities should realize the importance of the construction and management of student associations.According to the current development trend,more and more students begin to take the initiative to join the campus associations.In order to play the role of the associations,it is necessary to take effective management measures,define specific convenience standards and system requirements,and achieve standardization and institutionalization construction.This paper has carried out relevant elaboration and analysis.
