摘　　要：高等院校的使命是立德树人,而法治理念传播是高等院校立德树人过程中十分重要的一环。科学技术的高速发展打破了传统的教学模式,高校法治理念的传播也面临着新的机遇与挑战。本文基于SWOT分析方法,就财经类本科院校课程思政中法治理念的传播展开调查,从内部的优势和劣势、外部机遇和威胁四个维度详细分析了财经类本科院校课程思政中法治理念的传播,并提出了对应的优化策略。The mission of colleges and universities is to cultivate people by virtue,and the dissemination of the concept of rule of law is a very important link in the process of cultivating people by virtue in colleges and universities.The rapid development of science and technology has broken the traditional teaching mode,and the dissemination of the concept of rule of law in colleges and universities is also facing new opportunitie s and challenges.Based on SWOT analysis method,this paper investigates the dissemination of the concept of rule of law in the course of ideological and political education of finance and economics undergraduate colleges and universities,analyzes it in detail from the dimensions of internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats,and puts forward the corresponding strategies for optimization.
