摘　　要：口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)是一种常见口腔黏膜慢性炎症性疾病,该病发病机制为口腔黏膜出现白色斑纹病变等致使局部糜烂充血。以口腔后部为主的病灶双侧对称分布是本病的典型特征。中医典籍上并无“OLP”这个病名之记载,但其与典籍中“口藓”“口破”等疾病的记载很类似。中医的中药及针灸在治疗OLP方面有其独特优势。本文以经络辨证、脏腑辨证为基础对OLP患者进行辨证,将针刺与中药结合规范治疗OLP,并取得了显著疗效。为中医治疗OLP提供了临床依据标准及参考价值。Oral lichen planus(OLP)is a common chronic inflammatory disease of oral mucosa.The pathogenesis of this disease is the occurrence of white speckle lesions in oral mucosa resulting in local erosion and congestion.This disease is characterized by a bilateral symmetrical distribution of le sions,mainly in the posterior part of the mouth.There is no record of"OLP"traditional Chinese medicine books,but it is similar to the records of"sphagnum moss"and"broken mouth"in traditional Chinese medicine books.Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture have their unique advantages in treating OLP.Professor Fan Xu conducted syndrome differentiation for OLP patients based on syndrome differentiation of meridians and viscera,and standardized treatment of OLP by combining acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable curative effect.It provides clinical standard and reference value for TCM treatment of OLP.
