摘  要:为替代高成本的海藻酸钠,以精制棉纤维素为原料采用淤浆法合成高黏度高取代度的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。通过研究不同溶剂体系、物料比例、NaOH溶液浓度、碱化时间、醚化温度和时间等制备工艺条件对CMC产品指标的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺条件为:以异丙醇(75%)-叔丁醇(25%)为溶剂,棉碱醚投料质量比例为1∶1.5∶1.5,45%NaOH溶液碱化1 h,75℃醚化1.5 h。在该工艺条件的基础下成功制备黏度>1000 mPa·s,DS>1.4,酸粘比>0.5的高黏度高取代度CMC产品,为更高效的淤浆法制备工艺改良提供了参考。To replace the high cost of sodium alginate,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)with high viscosity and degree of substitution was synthesized from refined cotton cellulose by slurry method.Comparing different preparation process conditions on the effect of CMC product index,such as diverse solvent system,material ratio,concentration of NaOH solution,time for alkalization,temperature and time for etherification,the optimum conditions were as follow:with isopropyl alcohol(75%)-tert-butyl alcohol(25%)as solvent,the mass ratio of cotton,sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid was 1∶1.5∶1.5.The alkalization reaction was conducted with 45%NaOH solution for 1 h,and the etherification reaction was conducted for 1.5 h at 7℃.Under selected conditions,CMC with high viscosity and degree of substitution(viscosity>1000 mPa·s,DS>1.4 and acid viscosity ratio>0.5)were successfully prepared,which provided a reference for the improvement of more efficient slurry preparation process.
