芪连结肠宁联合美沙拉嗪治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪连结肠宁联合美沙拉嗪对活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用芪连结肠宁中药浓缩颗粒。治疗8周后比较两组临床疗效。结果:对照组与治疗组的总有效率分别为80.00%和93.33%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Baron、Geboes指数、Mayo评分、临床证候积分及血清中CRP、ESR、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显下降(P﹤0.05),Hgb、IL-10、TGF-β水平较治疗前升高(P﹤0.05);且治疗组均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪联合芪连结肠宁能有效缓解轻中度活动期UC患者临床症状,改善肠黏膜病理损伤,抑制肠道高炎症状态,逆转病理进展,修复肠道功能及免疫屏障。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qilian Jiechangning granule and mesalazine on mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage.Methods:60 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency and damp-heat type,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Qilian Jiechangning concentrated granule of TCM on the basis of control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The clinical effective rates was 93.33%in treatment group and 80.00%in control group respectively;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,Baron,Geboes index,Mayo scores and clinical syndrome score of patients and levels of CRP,ESR,IL-6,TNF-αin serum of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05);The levels of Hgb,IL-10 and TGF-βwere higher than before treatment(P﹤0.05);and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine and Qilian Jiechangning granule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage,improve the pathological damage of intestinal mucosa,inhibit the high inflammation state of intestine,reverse the pathological progress,and repair the intestinal function and immune barrier.
