摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对脑膜瘤切除术后并发症的预防效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月间西安医学院第二附属医院收治的90例脑膜瘤切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用优质护理,比较两组患者的负性情绪、术后恢复指标、并发症总发生率和满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者肛门首次排气、首次下床时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为2.2%,低于对照组的17.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为95.6%,高于对照组的75.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效减轻脑膜瘤切除术患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,缩短术后机体恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the efficacy of quality nursing in prevention of complications after resection of meningioma. Methods Ninety patients undergoing resection of meningioma were studied at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical College from December 2019 to December 2021. They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method with 45 patients in each group. The observation group received quality nursing and the control group was given routine care. Negative emotion scores, postoperative recovery indicators, overall incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Anxiety and depression scores decreased in the observation which were lower than in the control group(all P<0.05). Time to postoperative anal exhaust, time out-of-bed activities, and the length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications was 2.2% in the observation group which was lower than 17.8% of the control group(P<0.05). Patient satisfaction was 95.6% in the observation group which was higher than 75.6% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing can effectively relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, shorten postoperative recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction in patients undergoing resection of meningioma.
