摘　　要：目的 探讨行为护理干预联合术中指导在卵巢囊肿局部手术患者中的应用效果及对配合度的影响。方法 选取2019年12月至2020年6月间上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院收治的88例卵巢囊肿局部手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用行为护理干预联合术中指导。干预后评价两组患者效果并完成手术后随访,比较两组患者的围术期指标、生活幸福感、依从性及配合度。结果 观察组排气、进食、住院及离床活动时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者手术后生活幸福感评分高于护理前;观察组手术后总体情感指数、生活满意度及总体幸福感指数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理后生活习惯、饮食方式、定期复查依从性和肠道准备、手术配合、行为配合均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 行为护理干预联合术中指导在卵巢囊肿局部手术中应用,能缩短患者术后愈合时间,提高患者生活幸福感,获得较高的依从性及配合度。Objective To explore the application effect of behavioral nursing intervention combined with intraoperative guidance in patients undergoing local surgery for ovarian cyst and its effect on the degree of cooperation. Methods From December 2019 to June 2020, 88 patients undergoing local surgery for ovarian cyst were selected. They were divided into two groups using the random number table with 44 patients in each group. The observation group received behavioral nursing intervention combined with intraoperative guidance based on routine nursing care and the control group received routine nursing care alone. After intervention, the efficacy of nursing was evaluated and a follow-up was conducted. Perioperative indicators, happiness in life, compliance and degree of cooperation were compared between the two groups. Results Time to exhaust, time to eating, length of hospital stay and time to out-of-bed was short in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The scores of happiness in life in the two groups were high in both groups compared with those before nursing(all P<0.05). The overall emotional index, life satisfaction and overall well-being indexes were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). After nursing, living habits, diet, regular review, compliance, bowel preparation, surgical cooperation and behavioral cooperation were high in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Behavioral nursing intervention combined with intraoperative guidance can shorten the postoperative healing time, improve patient’s life well-being, and obtain high degree of compliance and cooperation in patients with ovarian cyst undergoing local surgery. It is worthy of popularization and application.
