多模式镇痛护理对肝癌开腹术后患者疼痛控制情况的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨多模式镇痛护理对肝癌开腹术后患者疼痛控制情况的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月间海军军医大学第一附属医院收治的200例肝癌开腹术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用传统镇痛护理干预,观察组采用多模式镇痛护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度、疼痛评分(VAS)和舒适状况评分。结果 镇痛前,两组VAS评分、舒适状况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。镇痛后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舒适状况指标中,心理、生理、社会环境和文化均高于对照组;观察组护理满意度为98.0%,高于对照组的85%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 肝癌开腹术患者采用多模式镇痛护理干预,可提高患者的护理满意度,有效改善疼痛控制情况,建议临床借鉴。Objective To discuss of the effects of multimodal analgesia care on pain control in patients with liver cancer after laparotomy. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing laparotomy for liver cancer were studied at The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University between January 2019 and January 2020. They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 100 patients in each group. The observation group received multimodal analgesia care and the control group received conventional analgesia nursing. Nursing satisfaction, visual analogue scale(VAS) score, and general comfort questionnaire(GCQ) score were compared between the two groups. Results Before analgesia, there was no significant difference in VAS score and GCQ score between the two groups(P>0.05). After analgesia, VAS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). For GCQ, psychological, physiological, social environment and culture scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Patient satisfaction was 98.0% in the observation group which was higher than 85.0% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Multimodal analgesia nursing intervention can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and improve pain control in patients undergoing laparotomy for liver cancer. It is recommended that it should be used in clinical practice for reference.
