综合护理对妊娠合并宫颈癌前病变患者围手术期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理对妊娠合并宫颈癌前病变患者围手术期的应用价值。方法 选取2019年8月至2021年3月间上海市复旦大学附属妇产科医院收治的66例妊娠合并宫颈癌前病变患者,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组33例。试验组患者围术期采用综合护理措施,对照组患者采用传统护理措施,比较两组患者的护理满意度、疾病不确定感评分、负性情绪及并发症。结果 试验组患者护理满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者疾病不确定感、焦虑和抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组疾病不确定感评分、焦虑和抑郁评分均低于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率为3.0%,低于对照组的18.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠合并宫颈癌前病变患者在围手术期采用综合护理干预,可提高患者的护理满意度,降低负性情绪及并发症发生率,值得临床研究与借鉴。Objective To discuss the value of perioperative comprehensive nursing care in pregnancy with cervical precancerous lesions. Methods Sixty-six pregnant patients with cervical precancerous lesions were selected at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from August 2019 to March 2021. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 33 patients each using the random number method. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing and the control group received conventional nursing during the perioperative period. Patient satisfaction, disease uncertainty score, negative emotion scores and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Patient satisfaction with nursing was 100.0% in the experimental group which was higher than 81.8% of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in disease uncertainty score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing, disease uncertainty score and SDS and SAS scores were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 3.0% in the experimental group which was lower than 18.2% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve patient satisfaction, reduce negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications in pregnant patients with precancerous cervical lesions during. It is worthy of clinical research and reference.
