胰腺导管腺癌中PTK7、CSPG4表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨胰腺导管腺癌中酪氨酸蛋白激酶7(PTK7)、硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖4(CSPG4)表达及其临床意义。方法 选取胰腺导管腺癌标本92例,同时选取相应癌旁组织作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法检测PTK7、CSPG4表达。结果 胰腺导管腺癌中PTK7蛋白和CSPG4蛋白阳性表达率分别为83.70%和47.83%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移患者PTK7蛋白阳性表达率分别为97.06%和95.00%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅲ期、有血管侵犯、有淋巴结转移患者PTK7蛋白阳性表达率分别为82.35%、89.29%和72.50%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无血管侵犯、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);胰腺导管腺癌组织中PTK7表达与CSPG4蛋白表达呈正相关性(γ_(s)=0.305,P<0.05)。结论 胰腺导管腺癌组织中PTK7、CSPG4蛋白表达水平上调,与临床病理特征有一定关系,PTK7表达与CSPG4表达呈正相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of tyrosine protein kinase 7(PTK7) and chondroitin sulfate protein polysaccharide 4(CSPG4) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.Methods 92 specimens of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma preserved in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected,the corresponding paracancerous tissues were selected as the control group,the expressions of PTK7 and CSPG4 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rates of PTK7 protein and CSPG4 protein in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma were 83.70% and 47.83%,which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of PTK7 protein in patients with TNM stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis were 97.06% and 95.00%,which were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of PTK7 protein in patients with TNM stage Ⅲ,vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis were 82.35%,89.29% and 72.50%,which were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,no vascular invasion and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);PTK7 expression was positively correlated with CSPG4 expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(γ_(s)=0.305,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTK7 and CSPG4 are up-regulate in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tissues,which are correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics,and PTK7 and CSPG4 are positively correlated.
