摘 要:目的 研究血清Xklp2靶蛋白(TPX2)、G蛋白偶联受体相关分选蛋白1(GASP-1)水平与肺癌病理特征的关系。方法 将160例肺癌患者纳为研究对象,均为首次确诊,并未接受过任何肺癌相关治疗,采集其外周静脉血,检测血清TPX2及GASP-1水平,分析不同病理类型肺癌患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平的差异。结果 与健康对照组比较,肺癌组患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平均显著升高(P<0.05);血清TPX2及GASP-1对肺癌有良好的诊断效能,而两者联合应用诊断效能更高。小细胞肺癌(SCLC)患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平显著高于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者(P<0.05),此外,肺腺癌患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平显著高于肺鳞癌患者(P<0.05)。Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期肺癌患者血清TPX2及GASP-1无显著性差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期肺癌患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平均显著高于Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期者(P<0.05),且Ⅳ期患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平显著高于Ⅲ期者(P<0.05)。低分化肺癌患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平显著高于中、高分化患者(P<0.05)。发生淋巴结转移的肺癌患者血清TPX2及GASP-1水平显著高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。结论 血清TPX2及GASP-1在诊断肺癌,反映肺癌患者病理分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度中均具有一定的价值,可为临床医生判断患者病情提供一定的参考。Objective To investigate the expression of targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein-2(TPX2) and G-protein-coupled receptor-associated sorting protein-1(GASP-1) in lung cancer tissues and its correlation with pathological classification.Methods 160 patients with treatment-naive lung cancer were enrolled.Peripheral venous blood was collected to detect the levels of TPX2 and GASP-1,and the levels of 2 indicators were compared among patients with different pathological types of lung cancer.Results Compared with healthy controls,serum TPX2 and GASP-1 levels were significantly elevated in patients with lung cancer(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of lung cancer,both serum TPX2 and GASP-1 had good diagnostic efficacy,while the combined detection of the 2 had higher diagnostic efficacy.Serum TPX2 and GASP-1 levels of small cell lung cancer(SCLC) patients were significantly higher than those of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients(P<0.05).Serum TPX2 and GASP-1 levels were significantly higher in patients with lung adenocarcinoma than in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Serum TPX2 and GASP-1 levels among patients of stage Ⅰand Ⅱ yielded no statistical difference,while were significantly lower than those of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P<0.05),moreover,the 2 indicators were significantly higher in patients of stage Ⅳ than in patients of stage Ⅲ(P<0.05).Serum levels of TPX2 and GASP-1 in patients with low differentiation were significantly higher than those in patients with medium and high differentiation(P<0.05).Lung cancer patients with lymph node metastasis had significantly higher serum levels of TPX2 and GASP-1 than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum TPX2 and GASP-1 are valuable in diagnosing lung cancer,and determining the pathological stage,pathological classification,lymph node metastasis and degree of tumor differentiation of lung cancer patients,which can provide reference forclinicians to judge patients’ conditions.
