摘　　要：目的 探究腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者组织中微管相关蛋白轻链3-Ⅱ表达水平与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法 选取结直肠癌患者60例,收集患者临床资料,免疫组化法检测组织微管相关蛋白轻链3-Ⅱ水平,分析其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 组织LC3表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤分化程度等临床病理特征均无相关性(P>0.05),与肿瘤分期、淋巴结远处转移相关(P<0.05)。单因素分析发现:肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤分期、淋巴结远处转移、LC3表达是影响腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者预后的因素(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示:肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结远处转移、肿瘤分期和LC3表达情况表达是影响腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者组织中微管相关蛋白轻链3-Ⅱ表达水平与临床病理特征有关,微管相关蛋白轻链3-Ⅱ表达可作为预测腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者预后的生物标志物,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression level of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3-Ⅱ in the tissues of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods 60 patients with colorectal cancer were selected.The clinical data of the patients were collected,the level of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3-Ⅱ in tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of the patients was analyzed.Results The expression of LC3 in tissue was not correlated with clinicopathological characteristics such as age,gender,tumor location,and tumor differentiation degree of patients(P>0.05),but was correlated with tumor stage and distant lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that tumor differentiation,tumor stage,distant lymph node metastasis,and LC3 expression were the prognostic factors for patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that tumor differentiation,distant lymph node metastasis,tumor stage and LC3 expression were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3-Ⅱ in the tissues of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer is related to clinicopathological characteristics,and the expression of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3-Ⅱ can be used as a predictor of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer Prognostic biomarkers have important clinical significance.
