摘 要:为了进一步向高镍正极材料的实际生产提供经验指导与数据支撑,采用一次烧结与二次烧结包覆相结合的方法进行高镍正极材料的制备,并在制备过程中引入水洗工艺,在降低材料表面残碱的同时提高材料的电化学性能。结果表明:对于一次烧结,采用梯度烧结方法可提高材料容量,同时烧结后材料表面存在较多的残碱,水洗可有效去除材料表面残碱含量;二次烧结可提高材料放电克容量,同时对提高材料的循环特性也有一定的帮助。In order to further provide empirical guidance and data support for the actual production of high-nickel materials,the method of combining primary sintering and secondary coating was used to prepare high-nickel materials,and the washing process was introduced in the preparation process to reduce the residual alkali on the material surface and improve the electrochemical performance of the material.The results show that:In primary sintering,gradient sintering can improve the material capacity,and there is more residual alkali on the surface of the material after primary sintering.Water washing can effectively remove the residual alkali content on the surface of the material,and the optimization of the washing process is helpful to improve the electrochemical performance of the material,and control the washing time and stirring rate.Secondary sintering can increase the discharge gram capacity of materials,and also improve the cyclic properties of materials.
