摘  要:近年来,自动驾驶行业的传感器、感知算法、控制相关技术发展得越来越完善,自动驾驶汽车全面落地的时代已经距离我们越来越近了。自动驾驶系统是一个高度复杂的综合性系统,除了技术层面之外,还需要法律法规、道路建设、交通管理等各方面共同配合,才能提高整体系统的鲁棒性和可靠性。本文通过分析对比国内外自动驾驶安全性现状,提出针对自动驾驶这一场景高度复杂、跨学科、交叉分散的特点,政府部门应当积极主动集各方力量发挥我国体制优势,在国家层面进行全面系统地顶层设计,进行全盘通盘的协调组织,才能快速提高整个自动驾驶系统的安全性,使其快速迈向商业化落地。In recent years, the autopilot industry has made significant progress in sensor hardwares, perception algorithms and control technologies, and the era of fully autopilot is coming. The whole autopilot system is immensely complicated and highly integrated. In addition to the technical aspects, the autopilot system also requires carefully designed laws and regulations, road construction and traffic management to improve the robustness and reliability of the whole system. In this paper, we reckon that we should actively exploit unique advantage of our whole nation system. We should make careful top-level design from the nation level, to make autopilot tech companies, automobile manufacturers, the legislative institution, and the traffic management department work shoulder to shoulder. Thus, the safety of the fully autopilot system could be greatly improved and landing progress of L4 level autopilot could be accelerated.
