摘　　要：为了进一步加强职工安全教育培训效果及响应国务院安委会关于安全生产互联网+教育新模式的创新应用推广,通过线上安全培训量化管理,提升员工安全知识理论水平和安全素养,减少不安全行为和习惯性违章的发生,降低企业安全事故的发生率。庙沟铁矿工在线安全教育平台经过近1 a的应用实践,安全管理工作取得明显成效,该平台的应用现已成为庙沟铁矿强化职工安全教育、夯实安全基础的一项重要举措。In order to further strengthen the effect of employee safety education and training and respond to the innovative application and promotion of the new mode of safety production Internet + education by the Security Committee of the State Council, through the quantitative management of online safety training, the theoretical level and safety literacy of employees’ safety knowledge are improved, the occurrence of unsafe behaviors and habitual violations is reduced, and the incidence of enterprise safety accidents is reduced. After nearly a year of application, the safety management work of Miaogou Iron Mine workers online safety education platform has achieved remarkable results. The application of the platform has become an important measure to strengthen the safety education of workers and consolidate the safety foundation in Miaogou Iron Mine.
