优化高校就业与创业指导的措施研究

摘　　要：我国正处在社会飞速发展的新时代,而我国高校的毕业生人数却不断的增长,就业的压力持续增长,完善和提升就业指导的工作成为了我国高校教育建设的重点任务。现今高校就业与创业指导的工作存在着一些需要改正的问题,需要给予重视和给出方法解决,所以高校必须要重视和分析学生的就业指导工作的现实情况,针对其中的问题和难点进行探究。让毕业生找到适合自己发展的道路,也要完善创业就业指导基础信息建设,让毕业生能够在就业市场中寻找合适的工作,缓解就业压力,提升高校毕业生的竞争力和潜力,从而使高校毕业生适应社会对于人才发展的要求。该文主要针对高校就业和创业指导措施展开研究。China is in a new era of rapid social development. However, the number of college graduates in China is increasing, and the pressure of employment continues to increase. Improving and improving employment guidance has become the key task of college education construction in China. At present, there are some problems that need to be corrected in the work of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in colleges and universities, which need to be paid attention to and given solutions. Therefore, colleges and universities must pay attention to and analyze the actual situation of students’ employment guidance, and explore the problems and difficulties. Let graduates find their own truly suitable development path, but also improve the basic information construction of entrepreneurship and employment guidance, so that graduates can find suitable jobs in the job market, alleviate the employment pressure,and improve the competitiveness and potential of college graduates, so as to make college graduates adapt to the requirements of society for talent development. This paper mainly studies the employment and entrepreneurship guidance measures in colleges and universities.
