摘　　要：CBE是休斯敦大学教授布鲁姆提出的一种突出能力培养的教学理论,而应用型人才培养的重点是让学生应该具有动态的能力结构,应该以社会需求为导向,面向服务区域经济和社会发展需要,培养知识、能力和素质全面协调发展的应用型人才。校内生产性实践教学基地校园旅行社是实现“需求导向、能力本位”应用型人才培养的载体,是在CBE理论指导下实现应用型人才培养的重要途径。因此以河北民族师范学院为例重点研究如何建立校内生产型实践教学基地,构建“需求导向、能力本位”的旅行社管理方向课程群,从而最终形成知行合一的旅行社管理方向人才培养模式。CBE is a teaching theory that emphasizes ability cultivation proposed by Professor Bloom at University of Houston.The focus of application-oriented talent training is to make students have a dynamic ability structure.They should be oriented by social needs,serve the needs of regional economic and social development,and cultivate application-oriented talents with comprehensive and coordinated development of knowledge,ability and quality.The campus travel agency as the productive practical teaching base in the school is the carrier of the application-oriented talent training of“demand orientation and ability standard”,and it is an important way to realize the application-oriented talent training under the guidance of CBE theory.Therefore,taking Hebei Normal University for Nationalities as an example,this paper focuses on how to establish a production-oriented practical teaching base in the school and build a“demand-oriented and ability-based”travel agency management direction curriculum group,so as to form a travel agency management direction talent training mode that integrates knowledge and practice.
