摘　　要：通过QFD、ARIZ理论的集成创新,准确地捕捉到老年人的真实需求,并将其运用到适老化厨房家具的设计中,提高老年人在厨房空间中的交互体验。基于诺曼对情感设计提出的分层设计理论,形成重要度问卷,结合调研访谈获取的老年用户需求信息,运用AHP确定QFD的用户需求权重,通过QFD发掘用户综合需求及相应核心产品特性,运用ARIZ解决系统中的矛盾冲突。经过适老化厨房家具设计的实践验证了模式的可行性,并且这种集成设计模式能够在一定程度上弥合单一设计理论的不足。该设计流程可为相关设计提供参考。This paper aims to accurately capture the real needs of the elderly through the integrated innovation of QFD and ARIZ theory,and apply them to the design of elderly-friendly kitchen furniture to improve the interactive experience of the elderly in the kitchen space.Based on the hierarchical design theory proposed by Norman on emotional design,the importance questionnaire was formed.In combination with the information of elderly users’needs obtained from research and interviews,the AHP was applied to determine the weight of customer needs in QFD.To this end,the comprehensive needs of customers and the corresponding core product characteristics were discovered through QFD,and ARIZ was applied to solve the conflicts in the system.In conclusion,the feasibility of the model was verified through the practice of elderly-friendly kitchen furniture design,and this integrated design model can bridge the shortage of single design theory to a certain extent.The design process can provide reference for related designs.
