摘 要:针对目前防爆柴油机、防爆蓄电池单轨吊车在高瓦斯矿井应用及矿井救援时存在的安全隐患问题,研究了可脱离风管独立工作的自携带空气动力的气动单轨吊车结构;提出了空气动力气动机多参数耦合的优化设计方法,得到了空气动力气动机的优化参数,有效提高了气动机的输出扭矩;采用气动管路、气动阀、减压阀等气动设备构建了全气动逐级减压驱动气路;研制了安全可靠、高运输能力、安静、无噪声、环境友好的井下空气动力单轨吊车,在井下运行过程中无高温,无火花,无燃烧、无电气控制,适用于高瓦斯矿井确保安全生产。试验结果表明:空气动力单轨吊的性能得到了有效的提高。Aiming at the potential safety problems in the application of explosion-proof diesel engine and explosion-proof battery monorail crane in high gassy mine and mine rescue,the structure of self-propelled pneumatic monorail crane with self-contained aerodynamic force,which can work independently without air duct,is studied.The multi parameter coupling optimization design method of the pneumatic actuator is proposed,and the optimization parameters of the pneumatic actuator are obtained,which improves the output torque of the pneumatic actuator.The pneumatic pipeline,pneumatic valve,pressure reducing valve and other pneumatic equipment are used to construct the full pneumatic step-by-step pressure reducing driving air circuit.A safe,reliable,high transportation capacity,noiseless and environment-friendly underground pneumatic monorail crane is developed.It has no high temperature part,no spark,no combustion and no electrical control during underground operation,thus is suitable for high gas mines to ensure safe production.The test results show that the performance of the pneumatic monorail crane is improved.
