摘  要:为提升山西东江煤业物料运输效率,降低安全隐患,确定在斜井巷道采用轨道平板车运输集装箱,由矿用提升机牵引运送到换装硐室,通过起重机起吊集装箱放置在无轨胶轮车货厢内部并固定,在平巷由无轨胶轮车将物料运输到指定地点。根据现场需求,确定了无轨胶轮车的主要技术参数,阐述了整车动力传动系统设计、车架及悬架设计、转向系统设计和自卸货厢及集装箱设计等技术要点;整车满载在水平干硬路面上测试最大牵引力为90kN,运行最大速度为35km/h;将轴距加长600mm测试,四轮驱动和前轮驱动最大速度均为32km/h。实践表明两辆车单日平均运输16趟,单辆车单趟换装、自卸和往返运行的时间合计约1h,已使用12个月,性能稳定。In order to improve the material transportation efficiency of Dongjiang Coal Mine in Shanxi Province and reduce the potential safety hazard, it is determined to transport materials in containers on the rail flat car in inclined shaft roadway, the container is hauled and transported to the loading chamber by the mine hoist, and lifted by crane, placed and fixed in the cargo compartment of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle, the materials are transported in the drift by trackless rubber-tyred vehicle. The design of vehicle power transmission system, frame and suspension design, steering system design, dump truck and container design are described, the maximum traction force for full load test of the whole vehicle is 90 kN on a horizontal dry road, the maximum speed is 35 km/h;the wheelbase is lengthened 600 mm, the maximum speed of all wheel drive and front wheel drive is 32 km/h. Practice showed that two rubber-tired trucks transport 16 times a day on average, it takes about one hour for a single vehicle to reload, unload and runs back and forth, and the system has been running stably for the last 12 months since deployment.
