摘  要:再生医学通过利用干细胞分化为特定细胞类型的能力来替代和恢复组织功能。干细胞是具有自我更新和无限克隆能力的原始细胞,参与组织发育、维持稳态及组织缺损修复等多种生理过程。牙髓内含有丰富的牙源性成体干细胞即牙髓干细胞(DPSC),其具有增殖活跃和自我更新能力。DPSC具有很强的多谱系分化能力,包括成骨分化、牙源性分化、成脂分化、成软骨分化、神经源性分化等,目前已经广泛应用于组织工程及再生医学领域。Regenerative medicine has the potential to replace and restore tissue function by utilizing the ability of stem cells to differentiate into specific cell types.Stem cells are primitive cells with self-renewal and unlimited cloning ability,which participate in a variety of physiological processes such as tissue development,maintaining homeostasis and tissue defect repair.There are abundant adult stem cells in dental pulp,namely dental pulp stem cell(DPSC),which have the ability of active proliferation,self-renewal.DPSC have multi lineage differentiation,including osteogenic differentiation,odontogenic differentiation,adipogenic differentiation,chondrogenic differentiation,neurogenic differentiation and so on,and have been widely used in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
