摘　　要：以提升我国与“一带一路”沿线国家之间皮革产业融合发展作为基础,归纳总结了目前我国皮革专业人才跨文化交际能力培养需面对的难题,并对这些问题进行深入研究,分析了“一带一路”背景下皮革专业人才的实际需求,并尝试提出跨文化交际人才的培养策略,只为更好的服务于“一带一路”战略的推进。Based on improving the integration and development of the leather industry between my country and the countries along the"Belt and Road",this paper summarizes the current difficulties that my country's leather professionals need to face in the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills,and conducts in-depth research on these issues,and analyzes the"Belt and Road Initiative".Under the background of"One Belt and One Road",the actual needs of leather professionals,and try to put forward a training strategy for cross-cultural communication talents,only to better serve the promotion of the"One Belt,One Road"strategy.
