摘　　要：胃癌是最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人类健康。流行病学调查显示,炎症细胞分泌的炎症因子可促进胃癌的发生发展。IL-17由T辅助细胞17(Th17)分泌,是重要的促炎因子,文章综述了IL-17的来源及功能,并探讨了IL-17及其介导的信号通路在胃癌增殖、转移及血管生成中的作用机制,为深入研究IL-17及其相关信号通路在胃癌发生发展中的作用及胃癌的临床诊断与治疗提供新思路。Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor of digestive system,which seriously threatens human health.Epidemiological investigations have shown that inflammatory factors secreted by inflammatory cells can promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.IL-17 is secreted by T helper cells 17(Th17)and is an important pro-inflammatory factor.The article reviews the source and function of IL-17,and discusses the role of IL-17 and its mediated signaling pathways in the proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer and the mechanism of action in angiogenesis,providing new ideas for the in-depth study of the role of IL-17 and its related signaling pathways in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
