摘　　要：传统村落是我国传统文化的重要组成部分,它承载着中华民族的精神基因,是农耕文明重要的文化遗产.近年来,如何在保护传统村落“活态化”的基础上促其发展,成为国家与社会关注的重要话题,党的十九大提出“乡村振兴”战略,为传统村落的保护与发展提供了新的机遇.基于此,文章从乡村振兴战略出发,以湘西土家族传统村落老洞村为个案,发现了土家族村落保护中文化传承、人居环境、开发方面存在的问题及成因,进而提出可行性建议,希望促使土家族传统村落保护与发展走出困境,从而促进民族地区的乡村振兴发展.Traditional villages are an important part of my country’s traditional culture.It carries the spiritual genes of the Chinese nation and is an important cultural heritage of farming civilization.In recent years,how to promote the development of traditional villages on the basis of protecting the"liveness"of traditional villages has become an important topic of national and social concern.New opportunities.Based on this,the article starts from the strategy of rural revitalization,taking Laodong Village,a traditional village of Tujia ethnic group in western Hunan as a case,and discovers the problems and causes of cultural inheritance,living environment,and development in the protection of Tujia villages,and then puts forward feasible suggestions.It is hoped that the protection and development of the traditional villages of the Tujia people will get out of the predicament,so as to promote the revitalization and development of the villages in the minority areas.
