摘  要:自改革开放后,管理学西学东渐进入中国,为实践上的社会生产力发展与理论上的研究范式进步做出了重要贡献。随着业界新模式与学界新理论的涌现,西方管理理论与研究范式在中国情境下的适用性出现偏颇,中国管理学者陆续提出东方管理、中国式管理、管理学在中国等学术框架与和谐管理、中道管理、水样组织等分支理论,以期能够弥合理论与实践的鸿沟,却也催生出“中国管理理论丛林”。本文在梳理中国管理研究代表成果的基础上,认为可以用“中国管理学派”这一提法整合碎片化研究,并将现有成果分割为中国情境、中国元素、中国构念、中国范式四大研究区划。在未来,“中国管理学派”需要通过定性定量相结合的研究方法,系统发展古为今用、近为今用、当为今用与洋为中用的理论成果以协调组织中的人、事、物,打造古今融通、中西互释的新概念、新表述、新范式,为世界管理难题贡献中国智慧与中国方案。Since the reform and opening up,the western management theory has gradually entered China,making important contribution to the development of social productivity in practice and the progress of theoretical research paradigms.With the emergence of new management models and academic theories,the applicability of western management theories and research paradigms in Chinese context is biased.To bridge the gap between theory and practice,Chinese management scholars have successively put forward academic frameworks such as oriental management,Chinese management and management in China,as well as branch theories such as harmonious management,the golden mean management and water-form organizations.They also produce the“jungle of Chinese management theories”.By combing the representative achievements of Chinese management research,this paper believes that the term“Chinese Management School”can be used to integrate fragmented research,and divides the existing achievements into four research divisions:Chinese context,Chinese elements,Chinese construction and Chinese paradigm.In future,to contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the world management problems,“Chinese Management School”needs to systematically develop the theory of“making the past serve the present,making the present serve the present,making the present serve the present,and making foreign experience serve China”through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,so as to coordinate the personnel,material and matters in the organization,and to create new concepts,new expressions and new paradigms that integrate the ancient and modern,and mutally interpret between China and the West.
