摘　　要：目的评价基层党组织在医学教育中的战斗堡垒作用。方法在内分泌科实习的医学本科生随机分为A、B两组,A组学生接受5~10分钟党员教师思政教育,同时接受CBL教学。B组接受传统CBL教学。通过发放调查问卷、理论、临床实践考试比较采用两种教学模式在本科医师培训中的效果。结果A组学生对国家方针政策、职业兴趣、人文科学等的认识提高,学习兴趣提高。与B组学生比较,A组本科实习生的理论及实践考试成绩明显较B组好(P<0.01),对课程的满意度提高。教师对A组实习生的评价较B组高(P<0.01)。结论高校教工基层党组织在医学本科生的教学中发挥战斗堡垒作用有助于提升学生的思政素养,同时对其临床理论及临床实践有促进作用。Objective To evaluate the role of grass-roots party organizations in medical education.Methods Medical Undergraduates in endocrinology department were randomly divided into group A and group B.the students in group a received 5~10 minutes'ideological and political education of Party member teachers,and received CBL teaching at the same time.Group B received traditional CBL teaching.Through the questionnaire,theory and clinical practice examination,we compared the effect of the two teaching modes in undergraduate physician training.Results The students in group A had a better understanding of the national policies,vocational interests and humanities,and their interest in learning improved.Compared with the students in group B,the theoretical and practical examination scores of the students in group A were significantly better than those in group B(P<0.01),and their satisfaction with the course was improved.The evaluation of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The grassroots party organizations of university faculty play a role of fighting fortress in the teaching of medical undergraduates,which is helpful to improve students'Ideological and political literacy,and promote their clinical theory and clinical practice.
