摘  要:目的探讨骨科临床教学中应用医疗纠纷案例分析联合互动式教学的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月在本院骨科临床实习的60名实习生作为研究对象,分成试验组与对照组各30名,其中对照组应用常规灌输式教学模式带教1个月,而试验组则采取医疗纠纷案例分析联合互动式教学模式带教1个月,比较两组实习生的带教效果。结果试验组的实习生的实习后的理论知识与临床技能考核成绩上均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习生对教学模式认可问卷调查上,在各个项目认可占比上均要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习生96.67%的满意度显著高于对照组76.67%的满意度,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科临床教学工作中,采取医疗纠纷案例分析联合互动式教学,可取得满意的带教效果,提高实习生的专业素养及满意度。Objective To explore the effect of combined interactive teaching with case analysis of medical disputes in orthopedics clinical teaching.Methods A total of 60 interns who were in clinical practice in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group of 30 each.The control group was taught by a conventional instillation teaching model.The experimental group used medical dispute case analysis combined with interactive teaching mode to teach for one month to compare the teaching effects of the two groups of interns.Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment scores of the interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the questionnaire survey on the acceptance of teaching mode by the interns in the experimental group,The proportion of recognition of each project was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of 96.67%of the interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than the satisfaction of 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedics clinical teaching,the use of medical dispute case analysis combined with interactive teaching can achieve satisfactory teaching results and improve the professionalism and satisfaction of interns.
