摘  要:目前我国各教学医院广大青年医师已逐步成为肾内科教学的中坚力量。肾内科青年教师教学能力的培养与提升,对于提高学生的学习积极性,提升肾脏病学的教学质量,以及促进肾脏病学的发展具有重要意义。因此,如何培养优秀的肾内科青年教师,是肾脏病学发展亟需解决的问题。本文从肾内科青年教师在教学中需注意的问题和医院及科室对肾内科青年教师提供的帮助两方面加以讨论,以期提高肾内科青年教师的教学水平。At present,the majority of young physicians in teaching hospitals in China have gradually become the vital force in nephrology teaching.The cultivation and improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers in nephrology department is important on improving students'learning enthusiasm,enhancing the teaching quality of nephrology and promoting the development of nephrology.Therefore,how to train excellent young teachers in nephrology department is an urgent problem to be solved.We discussed the problems that young nephrology teachers should pay attention to and the supporting policy should be provided by hospitals and departments in order to improve the teaching ability of young nephrology teachers.
