摘  要:非全日制研究生是国家高层次人才培养的重要组成部分,他们大多主要来自于各单位的技术骨干或中坚力量,平时注重积累经验,但缺乏深入思考和探索精神,因此如何培养这类人群的创新能力是各高校面临的挑战。文章以广州医科大学附属第一医院妇产科教研室为例,通过剖析医学类的非全日制研究生的培养现状,以及利用TOPSIS法对PI制培养非全日制研究生创新能力的分析,对获取前沿知识能力;掌握科研技术方法能力;科研选题能力;创新实践能力以及创新成果产出能力,五种能力的权重分析,结果显示对非全日制研究生的培养,PI的加入可以将导师的大规划统筹细化呈现小目标实施方案,并将内部资源整合,重新分配任务,让每一位团队成员各尽其责,最大程度挖掘工作潜力,增加科研的动力,从而得出结论:认为PI制度有利于非全日制研究生的创新能力培养,可在高校教育中推广。Part-time postgraduates are an important part of the training of high-level talents in the country.Most of them come from the backbone of employer.They usually focus on accumulating experience,but lack the spirit of in-depth thinking and exploration.Therefore,how to cultivate the innovation of this type of population.Ability is the challenge faced by universities.This article takes the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University as an example.By analyzing the current situation of the training of part-time graduate students in medicine,and using the TOPSIS method to analyze the PI system to cultivate the innovative ability of part-time graduate students,it can gain cutting-edge knowledge.Ability to master scientific research technology and methods;ability to select scientific research topics;ability to innovate and practice and to produce innovative results.The weight analysis of the five abilities shows that for the training of part-time graduate students,the addition of PI can coordinate the tutor’s grand plan Detailed presentation of the small goal implementation plan,integration of internal resources,redistribution of tasks,so that each team member does his/her own responsibility,maximizes the work potential,increases the motivation for scientific research,and concludes that the PI system is beneficial Cultivation of innovative ability of part-time graduate students can be promoted in college education.
