摘　　要：目的定量分析帕金森病(PD)患者眼球运动的特点,为评价PD患者眼球运动功能及PD的早期诊断提供依据。方法选择陕西省人民医院神经内科收治的39例PD患者(PD组)作为病例组,同期健康体检者40例作为对照组。对全部受试者进行眼震视图检查。比较两组间扫视速度、潜伏期、准确度,平滑跟踪(SP)速度、增益值以及视动眼震速度及增益值。结果与对照组相比,PD组扫视潜伏期延长、准确度下降,SP增益值降低。结论PD患者眼球运动存在异常,主要表现为扫视潜伏期延长、准确度下降,SP增益降低。Objective To quantitatively analyze the characteristics of eye movements in Parkinson’s disease,to provide basis for evaluating eye movement function and the early diagnosis of PD.Methods 39 PD patients(PD group)admitted to our hospital were selected as the case group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.All subjects were tested for Videonystagmography.Compare the saccade speed,latency,accuracy,smooth tracking speed,gain value,and visual nystagmus speed and gain value between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the saccade latency of the PD group was prolonged,the accuracy decreased,and the smooth tracking gain value decreased.Conclusion There are abnormal eye movements in PD patients,which are mainly manifested as prolonged saccadic latency,decreased accuracy,and decreased SP gain.
