广播情感热线主持人应对建议请求的道义站位研究

摘　　要：道义关系普遍存在于会话互动中,道义维度研究在西方会话分析界方兴未艾,而在国内会话研究中却鲜有人问津。鉴于此,本文以中国国内广播情感热线的二人互动话语为研究语料,借助会话分析方法揭示主持人在应对致电者建议请求时的道义站位类别及其语用策略。研究发现主持人可选择支持、搁置或挑战致电者道义权利申索的站位以及选择这些站位的八种语用策略。本研究从应对建议请求的视角细致地窥探道义站位,结果有助于拓展汉语应对请求的互动性研究以及推动道义秩序理论的发展。A deontic relation is ubiquitously present in conversation interaction,and the research of de‐ontics in conversation analysis is on the ascent.However,few scholars in China have probed into this subject.In view of this,the researcher,using dyadic interactions in Chinese radio emotional phone-ins as research data and adopting conversational analysis as the research method,investi‐gated the categories of and the pragmatic strategies for deontic stances taken by hosts when re‐sponding to callers’requests for advice.The study revealed that the typical deontic stances that hosts took on callers’claims for deontic rights were supportive,shelving,and challenging and these stances were taken by means of one or more of eight different pragmatic strategies.This re‐search offers an in-depth exploration of deontic stances from the perspective of response to request for advice.It contributes to the interactive research on Chinese speakers’responses to requests and helps promote the development of the theory of deontic order.
