摘　　要：当前,百年变局和世纪疫情交织,国际形势严峻复杂,高校党建和思想政治工作面临着全新的机遇与挑战,因此,做好高校党建与思想政治工作意义就显得特别重大。高校要旗帜鲜明“讲政治”,做“两个确立”的坚定拥护者、“两个维护”的忠实践行者;要凝心聚力“强根基”,在提高基层党建工作质量上持续用力;要始终如一“抓思政”,在落实立德树人根本任务上持续用力;一以贯之“担责任”,在压实责任推动落实上持续用力。创造性推动高校党的建设和思想政治工作全面进步、全面过硬,营造风清气正的政治生态和育人环境。At present,the great changes unseen in a century and the epidemic are intertwined,the international situation is severe and complicated,and the party construction and ideological and political work of colleges and universities are facing new opportunities and challenges,so it is especially significant to do a good job of party construction and ideological and political work of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should speak politics clearly and be the firm supporters of"two establishments"and the faithful practitioners of"two maintenances".Colleges and universities should strive to improve the quality of grass-roots party building work,consistently implement the fundamental task of moral education and the mechanism of taking responsibilities.We will promote the party construction and ideological and political work of colleges and universities to make comprehensive progress and create a clean political ecology and nurturing environment.
