摘 要:以杭州市《西湖之声》这家城市广播电台为个案,考察其声音采集、制作和播出的实践,尤其是其如何在节目中凸显本地人文地理和日常生活的声音及其组合,以探讨《西湖之声》与城市之间的互动。考察显示,《西湖之声》参与建构了杭州这座城市的“声音景观”,她以市民们携带明确地理位置和时间标记的讲述语音和所在场景各种活动的声音,绘制了声音的杭州。这些具身的声音实践和表达,意在增强市民听众的地方感,建构他们对于城市共同体的认同。以此为基础,探讨了在新信息技术环境下重新关注电台、关注地方创生与身份认同建设的声音维度等理论命题。Sound of the West Lake is a city radio station in Hangzhou.This paper examines the station’s practices in sound collection,production,and broadcast.It looks at how it mixes sounds that showcase the geohistorical and geo-aesthetic features of the city and its everyday life.Through such examination,the paper explores the dynamic interactions between the radio station and the city that it serves.The paper shows that Sound of the West Lake is part of the city’s soundscape.It mixes various sounds including the voices of listeners narrating their experiences and feelings at a particular place and moment,and the sounds of activities in each setting.Via such means,the station maps out the auditory City of Hangzhou.These embodied acoustic practices and expressions are strategic.Their aim is to heighten listeners’sense of place and build their identity with the city.Based on the analysis,the paper discusses theoretical implications of the case.It also re-examines issues of radio in the era of new information technologies and explores the auditory sphere of placemaking and identity construction.
