摘  要:考虑基层层间结合状态对沥青路面各结构层的影响,为水泥稳定碎石基层施工方法的选择提供理论依据,本文基于实际路面结构设计,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立沥青路面结构模型,通过设定不同的层间接触参数考虑施工方法对整个路面结构力学响应的影响。研究结果表明:基层层间接触状态的改变对沥青路面结构层的弯沉、拉应力和剪应力等指标都会产生一定的影响;基层分层施工时,下面层底部的剪应力和水平拉应力最大;灰色关联分析表明:基层层间结合状态对中面层层底剪应力影响最大,对下基层层底水平拉应力影响最小。Considering the influence of the bonding state between base layers on each structural layer of asphalt pavement,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the selection of construction method of cement stabilized macadam base.Based on the actual pavement structure design,the asphalt pavement structure model is established by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the influence of construction method on the mechanical response of the whole pavement structure is considered by setting different interlayer contact parameters.The results show that the change of contact state between base layers will have a certain impact on the deflection,tensile stress and shear stress of asphalt pavement structure layer;When the base course is constructed in layers,the shear stress and horizontal tensile stress at the bottom of the lower layer are the largest;Grey correlation analysis shows that the bonding state between base layers has the greatest impact on the bottom shear stress of the middle layer and the least impact on the horizontal tensile stress of the bottom of the lower base layer.
