摘　　要：目的分析有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术术中及术后并发症。方法回顾性分析郑州市第二人民医院2017年1月至2020年12月进行的有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术180例(360眼)的临床资料。观察术中术后并发症的发生。结果本研究期间出现并发症共7眼,发生率为1.95%。包括:术中虹膜脱出2眼(0.56%)、角膜内皮损伤1眼(0.28%)、高眼压3眼(0.83%)、拱高过大而更换人工晶状体1眼(0.28%)。所有并发症经适当处理后裸眼视力均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。结论近视者行有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术安全、有效,尽管存在一定比例的手术并发症,但经适当处理效果良好。Objective To analyse the intraoperative and postoperative complications of posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation.Methods The clinical data of 360 eyes of 180 patients who were treated with posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation from Jan.2017 to Dec.2020 were retrospectivly analysed.Intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.Results During the study period,the rate of complications was 1.95%(7/360),included iris prolapse during operation(0.56%,2/360),corneal endothelial cell damage(0.28%,1/360),high intraocular pressure(0.83%,3/360),replacement of intraocular lens due to high central vaulting(0.28%,1/360).However,with appropriate management,the postoperative uncorrected distance visual acuity was the same or better than the preoperative best corrected visual acuity in all eyes.Conclusion Although few eyes suffered operative complications,posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective for myopia eyes,good visual outcomes can achieved with appropriate management.
