抗青光眼滴眼液中防腐剂与眼表保护的研究进展

摘　　要：青光眼患者因病情需要部分需长期使用抗青光眼滴眼液。抗青光眼药物中防腐剂对眼表损害的影响已引起眼科医生的充分重视。抗青光眼滴眼液中的主要防腐剂有苯扎氯铵、Polyquad、Purite、SofZia,新型防腐系统有聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、新型Abak瓶、甘露醇与防腐剂联用以及N-羟基甘氨酸甲基酯和乙二胺四乙酸联合制成的新型防腐剂。应用抗青光眼滴眼液患者的眼表保护措施包括应用不含防腐剂的抗青光眼滴眼液、含新型防腐系统的抗青光眼滴眼液、固定联合制剂和保护角膜药物。本文对抗青光眼滴眼液中防腐剂与眼表保护的研究进展进行综述,为预防长期滴用抗青光眼药物患者发生眼表损伤的用药选择提供参考。Patients with glaucoma need to use anti-glaucoma eye drops for a long time or even all year round. The impact of preservatives in anti-glaucoma drugs on ocular surface damage has attracted the full attention of ophthalmologists. The main preservatives in anti-glaucoma eye drops are benzalkonium chloride, Polyquad, Purite and SofZia. The new anti-corrosion system includes polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, new Abak bottle, mannitol combined with preservatives and N-hydroxyglycine methyl ester combined with ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid. The ocular surface protection measures for patients with anti-glaucoma eye drops include applying anti-glaucoma eye drops without preservatives, anti-glaucoma eye drops with new anti-corrosion system fixed combination preparations and corneal protective drugs. This paper reviews the research progress of preservatives and ocular surface protection in anti-glaucoma eye drops, so as to provide reference for the choice of drugs to prevent ocular surface injury in patients with long-term drip of anti-glaucoma drugs.
